Having renters in your house while trying to sell it can prove to be difficult and although it wasn’t a responsibility of hers she jumped to help deal with stressful situations with our tenants to take a load off and make the process easy on us. Delegating tasks for the inspection process and delegating our roof replacement in a 3 day window to not delay closing and I could go on.. I have purchased multiple homes and sold a couple and this process was made very easy because of her and I would strongly recommend working with her!
